Identity and enrollment information is collected up-front. In the event of an emergency trauma incident, we have the information that we need for a rapid rescue response.
No Out-of-pocket Costs
After an air medical service is provided, we file a claim with your health insurance company for reimbursement. We do not seek additional payments beyond what is provided via health insurance.
Coordination with Florida Trauma Centers
Our Medical Director determines the most appropriate health care facility and the helicopter is directed to that hospital heliport.
