On a recent evening, we received an urgent call from a member’s family and sprang into action. Their son was spear fishing in the Bahamas when he was struck by a passing boat. Despite sustaining multiple serious lacerations to both legs and one arm, he is expected to survive . Thanks to the quick response of his friends and our team he is now resting comfortably in the hospital.
We were able to transport him to the Jackson Health “Ryder Trauma Center” in Miami in just 35 minutes. Our critical care helicopter team was ready to respond at a moments notice and were proud to have been able to provide the necessary assistance. We are here to serve and respond to any emergency situation that may arise.
