On A recent late night we received a call from a well known “rescue insurance provider” asking for a quote to respond and pickup a person in the Bahamas in need of rescue. While we explained our service and that we were membership based they just said “ we need a price quote”. When we gave it to them they said “ we can find a cheaper one” and hung up ! Folks this is the reality of insurance providers, they promise they will get you removed and evacuated but they fail to say they will shop around until they find the least expensive transporter not the fastest way to get you removed. The wait time you spend is irrelevant while they look for the lowest price transporter. You are irrelevant!
